  PRE-REGISTRATION (for Central Montgomery Medical Center)

  In order to speed and facilitate the 'Day of Surgery' registration process at Central Montgomery Medical Center, you may choose to PRE-REGISTER for your surgery from home via the telephone. This convenient option is available up to 3 business days prior to your surgery date for patients who are already scheduled for surgery through the N.P.H.I. office. Utilizing this option, upon your arrival at Central Montgomery Medical Center, you will be able to go directly to the "Day Surgery Center" without significant inconvenience or delay. This hospital pre-registration process should only be employed after final surgery arrangements with the N.P.H.I. office is completed.
